The apartments are part of the Montela Apartment-Hotel & Resort and are quietly and centrally located. The bus stop "unter dem Berg" is right next to the holiday resort and the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars is about 5 minutes' walk away. The apartments are particularly suitable for guests who appreciate comfort and extra service and are looking for a relaxing holiday in Saas-Grund. On request, our Montela Holiday Stay guests can benefit from our unique and exclusive catering offer with delivery directly to your door! We deliver a balanced & regional breakfast or delicious meat and cheese specialities for you to prepare yourself directly in your accommodation and you can make yourself comfortable within your own four walls. Just ask us! Enjoy carefree holidays in summer and winter on the Saas hiking and biking trails or on the nearby ski and cross-country ski trails in the Saas-Fee/Saas Valley holiday region. There is 1 free parking space per flat in front of the accommodation. Dogs welcome on request. Apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the upper floor 1 to 3 (Montela Holiday Stay) Quietly situated apartment (non-smoking) with outdoor seating area, approx. 5 minutes walk from the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars. The modern apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom for 2-3 people is comfortably and lovingly furnished. The separate bedroom has a double bed. In the living area, the sofa bed (140cm wide) can be used for an additional person. The bathroom (with shower/WC) and the open kitchen are fully equipped. You can relax on the balcony with garden furniture. Free top high-speed WLAN, a private parking space in front of the house (free of charge), a ski and bike room with its own lockable locker as well as a laundry room (subject to a fee) for shared use in the basement of the house round off the offer. Lift available. Dogs welcome on request. Bedroom with two separable beds (180cm wide in total) or non-separable queen-size bed 160cm. The price includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating), parking, internet and reception service as well as final cleaning and bed linen and towels.
