The newly renovated apartment has been equipped in a modern and luxurious style. All floors in the living area have laminate flooring. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with 2 beds and additional sofa bed, a bedroom with two beds and a balcony facing west. The modern kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, toaster, blender, and upon request raclette and fondue. A bright livingroom/bedroom with a flat screen TV, radio and a large balcony. 1 bathroom with shower / WC and a bathroom with tub and toilet. In the apartment you have a free wireless Internet access.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults, CHF 3.50 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. All additional costs such as electricity, hot water, heating and reserved parking are included in the rent. Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are provided. The final cleaning for 2-4 people CHF 90.- and for 5-6 people CHF 100.-. Taxes and cleaning are charged separately.
