From the apartment to the center of the village is only 5 minutes walk, as well as to the bus stop "Demvitg". The free local bus takes you in only 5 minutes to the mountain railroads to Laax Murschetg or to Flims. In the house there is a ski room where skis, snowboards as well as boots can be dried and stored. Via the underground garage you can reach the adjoining house Casa Dual, where a sauna is available for common use. A reservation book outside the sauna regulates the use. On request we are happy to provide a travel cot for small children.

All apartments have a balcony to the south and are fully equipped; kitchen with dish washing machine, Delizio coffee machine, water cattle, flatscreen TV, WLan and lots more, so you can enjoy a perfect vacation in Saas-Fee. At your arrival you get your Saastalcard (guest card). With this card you receive lots of reductions in town or even free use of most cable cars and of all postbusses in the saas-valley during the summer season.
2 1/2-room apartment (48 m2), 3rd floor, 1 double bedroom and 1 sleeping room with 2 folding beds and a couch corner, TV with Radio, kitchen with dining area and dish washer, water cattle and coffee machine, shower/WC, free W-Lan, balcony, chalet style house. Rustically furnished and comfortable, central and quiet situation, lovely view to the mountains. Citzien Passport included, City tax exclude CHF 7.00/day Summer and CHF 4.50/day Winter. With the SaastalCard you can use 8/9 cable cars for free and all postbusses in the Saasvalley (only during the summer)
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults, CHF 3.50 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. All the linen are furnished.
