The Owner Suite apartment is located on the first floor and is about 90 sqm. It has a terrace and a small garden. The apartment "Alte Post Owner Suite" has 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds and approx. 100 sqm. This apartment, located on the ground floor, was used exclusively by the Neubauer family for 15 years. It therefore has more luxury and attention to detail. The furniture with Caboche Foscarini and Belux Twilight lights, Karl Hansen, B&B Italia, Kartell and Panton seating, as well as a bulthaup b3 kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, including a large side-by-side refrigerator and a 3-climate zone wine cabinet, is significantly more sophisticated than in the upper apartment. The kitchen has a granite worktop, and a Nespresso coffee machine. It is very well equipped because we like to cook and bake, including pizza stone, Thermomix, champagne and wine glasses and sharp knives. There is no microwave! The apartment is heated by an underfloor heating. In the living room there is a flat TV and a fully functional Giltstein oven from 1861, which we have lovingly restored. The apartment has a total of two bathrooms; in the master bedroom as an en suite bathroom with a Duravit whirlpool and Repabad steam shower. In the children's room there is a spacious bunk bed. The lower apartment has W-LAN and a W-LAN printer with scanner and copier. Skis can be parked in front of the entrance and the ski boots can be placed in a closet in the anteroom on heating rods. In winter the terrace is covered with snow. In summer you can use the parasol with two sun loungers and chairs. Taxes, SaastalCard, utility expenses, bed linen, and towels are inclusive.
