The car park is located in the garage in the neighbouring building. Flat description The generously designed 3.5 room flat in the Residenza Cristallo is located on the east side of the house. The flat has a garden seating area with pergola on the south side. The flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. The closed separate kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule machine. Skis can be stored in the ski rack in front of the house. The bedrooms are carpeted and have laminate flooring. The remaining floors are covered with tiles or laminate.
