The holiday flat is located in an apartment building directly at the ski slope (ski-in/out). Two garage spaces belong to the flat. Smoking or bringing pets is not allowed in this flat.
Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.

On the upper edge of the village of Flims lies this inviting and cosy 5.5-room penthouse, directly on the ski slope. The bright flat offers 170m2 of space for 8 guests. It has a large living room with fireplace and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, including a balcony. The flat has 3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. There is also a sauna in the bedroom of the single beds. There are 2 spacious bathrooms with shower and a third with tub in the holiday flat. The recently renovated kitchen (2021) is equipped with a glass ceramic cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and many other kitchen utensils. A TV and WLAN are available for free use. The laundry room and the ski room are available for general use.
