In the middle of the quiet village of Laax Murschetg lies the lovingly furnished 5.5 room chalet, only 10 minutes walk to the mountain railroads, restaurants and shopping. The original Bündner Maissenhaus offers space for 6 people on 3 floors and is ideal for a family or two couples. The southwest facing vacation home has a very spacious living room with fireplace and a spacious garden with partially covered terrace. In this stunning garden you can enjoy the breathtaking view in summer and winter.In total there are four bedrooms on two floors. On the upper floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a third bedroom with a single bed.In the basement, the fourth bedroom shows generously with a double bed, sitting area and private bathroom with shower.In the family bathroom upstairs there is also a bathtub-shower with sink and toilet. In the small guest bathroom there is a separate toilet with sink.In the fully equipped kitchen there is a new glass ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, as well as a coffee maker ready for use.A TV with CD and DVD player can be found in the living room, as well as in the large bedroom on the first floor.
