Quiet house with a wonderful view of the mountains. 10 minutes walk to the bus station and the valley station of the Grap Sogn Gion mountain railway, mountain hikes directly from the holiday home. Fireplaces both inside the house and in the garden next to the garden table. Wifi available, can be weak in the basement and first floor if used a lot. Parking space only for one car on the property (open garage). Further parking spaces (chargeable) in the parking garage Rocksresort. You can also charge the batteries of electronic cars there – https://live.flimslaax.com/parking . Charging batteries of electronic cars is not allowed on the property. Bed sheets/towels CHF 25.00 per person, final cleaning and tourist taxes are included. Own bad linen may not be brought into the holiday home. Baby chair and baby bed available on request. One pet allowed, the tenant is liable for any damage caused by the pet!

140 m2. Más información del proveedor: The house is located in a quiet residential area in Laax Murschetg, less than 1km from the Rocksresort and the valley station. It is a cozy house in the original Graubuenden style. In summer it is a direct starting point for hikes to explore the breathtaking Grisons nature, the mountains or the surrounding lakes. In winter Laax is the destination for all ski and snowboard fans and for piste-goers - for everybody who wants to explore the unique winter landscape of Graubünden. On the ground floor is the living room with dining area and fireplace and the well equipped kitchen. On the first floor of house 1 is a very spacious room with a double bed and balcony, a smaller room with two single beds, a bath room with bath tub and bidet, and a separate toilet. In the basement is the spacious room 4 with a double bed, a shower with toilet and a laundry room. For a short trip of three days we recommend house 3.
