3.5 room attic apartment, 80 sqm (6 sleeping places) on the 3rd floor of a in 2012 completely renovated apartment building in Laax village. The house is very centrally and quiet located. On the balcony in south / west you have an unobstructed view of the mountains and the Laaxer See. A reserved parking space is available. Lift, sauna for private use with coin counters and washer / dryer with coin counters are in the house. Opposite of the house is the bus stop for the free bus which brings the guests every 20 min in a 3 minute drive to the slope station. The supermarket (Volg), a bakery and a butcher shop are opposite of the house. The Laaxer See with swimming possibility in summer and kids slope in winter is diagonally opposite the house.
