The detached holiday home with plenty of outdoor space is situated in summer directly on the extensive hiking and biking network of the Lenzerheide holiday region, and in winter, the ski slope/valley run Tgantieni passes right by the house. The free sports bus «Haltestelle Val Sporz» is about a 10-minute walk away, as is the village and shopping facilities, which can be reached in about 15 - 20 minutes. - The collection of the visitor's tax is separate and takes place on-site with the landlord  (people from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years exempt from tax) - Bed linen charges include towels & kitchen linen - A children's bed and high chair can be obtained at our office against a deposit Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. For any cancellations, a processing fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. This replacement tenant must be acceptable and solvent for the landlord. The replacement tenant takes over the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and replacement tenant are jointly liable for the rent. The eligibility for the cancellation fee is determined by the arrival of the notification at the landlord or at the booking office (for Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the next working day applies). In case of an early termination of the rental, the entire rent remains owed.
