To reach the "Weisse Arena Flims-Laax" is easily done in 15 minutes by free ski bus. The bus station is in 250m walking distance. The 15,5km groomed trails (classic and skating) on slightly coupierter, sunny plane above the Rhine, starts nearby. The 18-hole golf course Sagogn-Schluein is virtually in the village. A grocery store and two dining restaurants are within 10 minutes. The sunny apartment has a great floor plan with directly accessible playground with shaded, mighty walnut tree. It is fully refurbished, comfortably furnished and decorated. It consists of a spacious living room with new fitted kitchen, oak dining table is extendable, sofa corner, flat-screen TV, DVD player and a fireplace, which in winter makes for a pleasant atmosphere. In the corridor there are two built-in wardrobes. There are two bedrooms (the first with a double bed and an infrared sauna cabin; the second with a double bed and a bunk bed. A bath with shower, double sink and toilet is standard. It is a non smoking apartment. 1 children's travel cot and high chair are available free of charge, as well as Wireless Lan. A garage is in the house, which belongs to the apartment, and a laundry room for free use is available. The area is excellent for bike tours (Ruinaulta) and hiking in the unique and imposing Rhine Gorge, fairytale forests with their turquoise Cauma and Cresta lakes and idyllic Swiss Family Children courts are open for barbecue also in the immediate vicinity of Sagogn.
