  Chalet Walker is located on Riederalp West between the Riederfurka and Hohfluh lifts. You can reach the chalet on foot from the valley via the Riederalp West gondola in 10 minutes uphill.The chalet is located directly on the piste. This means you can start skiing straight away in the morning and ski back to the chalet in the afternoon.In summer, hikes and mountain bike tours can be started in all directions. There are many options to choose from: to the Riederhorn, to the suspension bridge, into the Aletsch forest or in the direction of Riederalp centre / Bettmeralp / Fiesch.There is a grocery shop (Olympia-Shopping) at the Riederalp-West gondola station. Fresh bread rolls from the bakery are available there in the morning. In the village there is also a Coop at the top station of the large gondola (Riederalp centre).In winter you can go shopping on skis. Lift tickets can be purchased at the Hohfluh lift or online. There is a sports shop (Aletsch-Sport) at the Riederalp West mountain station where skis and snowboards can be hired.The 3-room flat has 2 bedrooms (double bed and 2 single beds), a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with corner bench, ceramic hob and dishwasher, as well as a modern bathroom with shower. A small outside room can be used as a storage roomSports facilities in the surrounding area: mountaineering, golf course, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling tours, skiing (alpine), skiing (cross-country)
