Más información del proveedor: Renowned for its prime location in the centre of holiday resort Riederalp, Casa Arturo is a favourite amongst mountain fanatics and recreational tourists alike. In winter, the pistes are your doormat. Without having to walk, you can explore the area on ski's and bring your children to the nearby ski school (20 meters). In summer, the building is a perfect holiday home for hikers and golfers. The penthouse apartment consists of two apartments.Apartment 511 is southeast facing. Entering the penthouse, the panoramic viewthrough the grand glassfront will take your breath away. Along almost the wholeliving and dining area, windows from floor to the high ceiling produce naturallight and will make sure that you will enjoy the amazing view of the SouthernAlps from every spot in the living area. The living area has two kingsized bedswhich slide out of the wall, without having to rearrange the furniture. Duringthe day, these beds can be easily concealed back into the wall without havingto take off the bedlinen. The dining area has a large dining table with acapacity of 8 people. The kitchen is large and is equipped with every necessaryequipment to prepare a nice dinner. The living area consists of a lounge andtelevision. Almost all furniture is built in and is of high-end quality. Theliving area also gives access to the southeast facing balcony, with two sunbedsand a table with seats. The balcony is perfect to enjoy a coffee in the morningsun.  Apartment 511 also has a seperate bathroom with showertoilet and water basin. The second bathroom in apartment 511 is anexceptionally large en-suite bathroom to one of the master bedrooms. It has ajacuzzi bath for 2-3 people, two seperate water basins, a toilet and a wideshower. The bedroom has a kingsized bed and a workdesk.  Apartment 512 has a seperate, lockable entrance. Itconsists of a kingsized bed, a foldable work-desk and a large bathroom which issimilar in size as in apartment 512. The northwest position of the balconymakes it perfect to enjoy the evening sun while having a first row view of thechildren playing on the practice slope of the Alpenrose Arena.  In short, this is one of the most spacious apartments onthis A+ location on the Riederalp.
