190 m2. Más información del proveedor: Occupying over half of the ground floor of Haus Topas, this apartment is located next to the Coop supermarket and within just a 1-2 minute walk from the cable car station of the Bettmeralp.
You will enter the apartment in a hallway. This hallway connects the dining area with a separate toilet, two bedrooms and the living area. The dining area consists of an open kitchen with kitchen isle and a large dining table. Enjoy a nice dinner while admiring an unobstructed view of the sun setting over the Southern Alps. Following the hallway to the other side of the apartment, you will find the first bedroom to your left. This bedroom offers a bunk bed with pull-out bed (total: 3 people), a sitting area and access to the balcony. The second bedroom is considered one of the two master bedrooms and offers a water basin and access to the balcony. At the end of the hallway, there is the living room with big sofa, and entertainment system. Also from the living area you may access the balcony. The U-shaped balcony follows along the whole southside of the building and partially along the east and west side. It can be divided into different parts by wind breakers. The other part of the hallway connects the living room to the two bedrooms, washing room, separate shower and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, water basin and a jacuzzi bath with ambient lights. One bedroom in this part of the apartment is the second master bedroom with kingsize bed, water basin and a balcony door. The second bedroom has two single closet beds and also offers access to the balcony.
