A lift takes you up to the top floor of the building, where you'll find the entrance of the penthouse apartment. The apartment occupies the whole upper floor of the building. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a hallway which offers different storage possibilities and which connects the bedrooms and bathroom to the living room. The high ceilings give the whole apartment a spacious feeling. The living room and open kitchen are situated on the south and through the large windows you will enjoy natural light throughout the day. The kitchen has a cooking island with bar; the perfect spot for having a hearty breakfast to start the day. The kitchen is well equipped. Next to the kitchen you will find the dining area with balcony access. The balcony is wide and offers a great view over the village of the Riederalp and the surrounding mountains. The main bedroom has a kingsized bed and a closet. The second bedroom is a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and offers access to the second balcony. The third bedroom has a sleeping couch and a closet. Furthermore, the sleeping area of the apartment offers one bathroom with bath-shower combination, a toilet and a water basin and one bathroom with shower, toilet and water basin. At the end of the hallway, which connects the bedrooms, you will find the washing room with washing machine, dryer, water basin and cleaning utilities. Upon entering the building, you will find a public storage room, which offers enough space for storing ski's and hiking equipment for you and your family.
