Two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes are located in the quieter, northern part of the apartment. The sofa in the living room can be used as an additional bed. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, washbasin, and a large shower. A shared outdoor seating area in front of the house is available. There is a separate storage room in the basement for sports equipment. An electric car charging station is available (for a fee).
