The 5-room apartment spans two floors and accommodates up to ten adults. The sleeping arrangements consist of three double bedrooms (one double bed 160 x 200 cm, two rooms with two single beds each 90 x 200 cm), one single room, a double sleeper couch with a high-quality mattress, and an additional bed (slatted frame with mattress 90 x 200 cm). One bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and dryer, while the other features a bathtub and double sink. Each floor has a balcony with a magnificent view available.
