Beautiful, calm and sunny located 3 room apartment (62sqm) on the ground floor of a chalet built in 2007. Lovely, homey and partial antiquely furniture. Extensive land with patio. Perfect starting point for hikes (summer and winter). The chalet is located close-by the station of the chairlift Wasserngrat (100m away). A free parking is available. Approximately 10 minutes by car to the centre of Gstaad. In addition there is a public bus running during the day (between 7am and 7pm) from Gstaad to the Wasserngrat.
INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, hot water, covered parking, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels, final cleaning and visitor's tax.
W-LAN for free from 6am until 22pm.

Here, everyone finds the right balance of sports and fun. Indoor games are also available. The Bodehus is very well connected to public transport. The bus stops Falkiport and Boden Wendeplatz are both reachable within 4 minutes on foot. A grocery store is also located at the same short distance. For guests traveling by car, a very spacious garage is available. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
