  A holiday home in absolute hotel quality and all to yourself. A fenced garden of approx. 500 m² is part of the holiday paradise. You live on 250 m² over 3 floors. The villa has a 60 m² living room with adjoining conservatory, dining table and cosy sofa and lounge furniture for relaxing. 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets and a fully equipped kitchen. In the basement there is a small spa area with Finnish sauna, shower and WC. There is also a relaxation room and a billiard room. You can reach the ski and bike depot directly from the car park at ground level. Mountains as far as the eye can see. This awakens the desire to experience this marvellous natural landscape with all your senses. An active holiday in the Zillertal is just what you need. Set off to the Villa Heimatliebe.
