On our farm we offer a wide range of products grown and made on site. Our house is situated in a quiet and sunny area at 1000m above sea level. The centre of Hopfgarten, the lake and the gondola valley station, the entrance to the ski and hiking area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser, can be reached within 10 minutes by car. There’s a long natural toboggan run and a cross-country ski trail in close vicinity to the farm. You can set off to some great hiking destinations right from the doorstep. We offer a children’s playground with playhouse, swing, trampoline, table tennis, and football goal. On the lawn (with barbecue facilities) it is easy to escape daily routines and find rest and relaxation.
The apartment sleeps 2 to 5 persons and provides a bedroom, combined kitchen/living area and a balcony. On demand there are 2 extra rooms available accommodating additional 5 persons.

Directions.
From the A12 motorway exit Wörgl-Ost straight on following the directions to Brixental/ Hopfgarten. In Hopfgarten, after the railway underpass take the road to Kelchsau. After ca 200 m take the road on the right towards Penningberg. Go on for another 5 km then turn right into Mittermoosenweg and follow the road.

Our prices include electricity, heating, water and parking lot;
but do not include final cleaning.
