Our house is situated in a central, yet calm area of Kelchsau in the idyllic same-named tributary valley of the Brixental valley.
We offer well-equipped, cosy apartments sleeping 2 - 5 persons. We are proud for having been awarded by the national association of Tyrol with four “edelweiss” , the symbol for top business operations which ensures very comfortable, harmonic furnishing and personal atmosphere.
There is a parking lot, Wi-Fi internet, heated storage for your skis and boots. There is a hairdresser as well as the tourist information office in the house.
In winter, the ski lift of the popular family ski area Kelchsau is only 200m from the house. The much larger ski area, the awarded SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, can be reached within a 10-minute drive. There is also a free ski bus which can take you there. The cross-country ski trail, a grocery and an inn are in close vicinity. The Kelchsau valley is still considered an insider’s tip among ski tourers - free ski touring maps are available from us.

In summer it is not only the view of the Kitzbühel Alps which makes the Kelchsau so special. Whether mountain-biking, cycling, or hiking - there is plenty on offer for active sports enthusiasts. Set off on a discovery tour of the valleys Langer Grund and Kurzer Grund - and enjoy the delicious treats offered in the rustic mountain restaurants there. Or you can visit the alpine dairy farm Niederkaser and have a tasting of the most fantastic cheeses. One thing is for sure - there is no time for boredom in the Holiday Region Hohe Salve.
