The apartment consists of a large kitchen to the living and the dining room is open, in the living room has a sofa bed for two people and a fully automatic pellet stove provides warmth for the cold days.
In our apartment there are also three separate
cozy bedroom for two people.
A nice bathroom with bathtub and sink.
Next to the bathroom, a separate toilet with a hand basin.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and designed for family holidays or groups of 4 to 8 people.

The facility meets high standards and modern with all comforts for a relaxing holiday in the Tyrol.

Ideal starting point for downhill, cross country skiing, golf, biking, hiking and swimming.

All Things to Do, Restaurants, and the center can be reached in the immediate vicinity of about 5-10 minutes.

As car parking space, you can use our 16 underground parking with direct access to the house during your stay free of charge.
Additional parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.
Over the garage or the stairway to reach the additional usable
Ski or bike to our basement apartment.

Check-in: from 16:00 clock
Check-out: until 11:00 clock

Directions: Take the highway direction of Scheffau Ellmau. Then 100 meters before the sign "Ellmau" Blaiknerfeld right turn, then follow the road about 200 meters.
