Our house is located just outside of Ellmau, at the east, standing alone in the middle of a meadow.
From your balcony or garden, they have a wonderful view of the imposing massif of the "Wilder Kaiser".
On foot, they are within a few minutes the center of Ellmau.

We offer holidays for families with children or grandchildren .. in a large sunny garden and private playground with a giant trampoline, table tennis etc.

We have tried to set up our holiday light and friendly, and with everything you need for a relaxing vacation, equip.

We offer three Non smoking apartments and ask our guests to accept the ban on smoking in the apartments.

Please note that pets, out of consideration for the following guests, it is not possible.

All three apartments have one separate bedroom, one bed-sitting room, a bathroom with bathtub and toilette, kitchenette and a separate balcony. The apartments are equipped with cable and LCD-TV. Linens, towels and dishes are provided. Furthermore we offer you a ski storage, drying room and car parking.
A daily fresh bread delivery is possible on request!
