Welcome to our house Jöchl, which is situated in a sunny and quiet location with a great view to the "Wilder Kaiser" and to "Hartkaiser".

Our hous is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling in our region during spring, summer and autumn. Bathers will find refreshing water at the nearby swimming and relax centre KaiserBad. Golfers can tee off at the 27-hole golf course ”Wilder Kaiser”. The bus "Kaiserjet" which is for free takes you directly in front of our house to the lift stations and swimming areas.

The free public bus service's stop – which will take you right to the skiing area "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser/Brixental" – and the prepared cross-country skiing trails are both only a few steps away. Ellmau's and the entire "Wilder Kaiser" area's great winter offers are quite compelling. Besides the grand possibilities for alpine and cross-country skiers there are extensive winter hiking trails, a lighted toboggan run, many different après-ski offers and much more.

From Kufstein take the exit Ellmau "Mitte", go through the underground and go along the golf course of Ellmau. Our house Jöchl is situated directly above the "Kaiserbad". Go further until you can see the fallow deer.
