Maroslhof - a place for relaxation and well being!

Your home for a short time. Smell the hay, listen, see and feel the warmth of the fire, feel the air and find calmness.

Our 300 years old house, built in traditional and original wooden-style, has completely been renovated and is now suitable for up to 10 persons. We offer the tradition of an original Tirolean farmhouse, without missing any comfort.

In addition to a traditional kitchen-stove, a tiled stove in the living room, cosy bedrooms, creaky doors, beams and stairs, there are also modern bathrooms with sauna, Internet access, Sat-tv and modern kitchenware available.

We expect our guests to treat our high-quality furniture - partly antiques - such as matured timber, terracotta floors, antique tiles, renovated stoves, with great care.

The idyllic Maroslhof - with excellent views of the Wilder Kaiser and Hohe Salve mountains - is located close to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, next to the cross country track and Panoramabad Söll, only a few walking minutes from the resort centre and bus stop.

ARRIVAL:
From Germany: motorway A12 until exit Kufstein-Süd-Felbertauern - you don't need a vignette - main road towards St.Johann-Felbertauern until you reach the exit to Söll - turn right and follow the road for approx. 700m - at the first exit to Söll turn left - drive past the fire station and Hotel Gänsleit - after approx. 200m turn right after a small bridge - carry on straight ahead until you reach the Maroslhof at Bach 8.

From Innsbruck: motorway A12 until the exit Wörgl Ost - main road B178 towards Felbertauern-St.Johann-Kitzbühel until you reach Söll after approx. 15km - at the Fire station on the righthand side turn right - drive past Hotel Gänsleit - after approx. 200m turn right again after a small bridge - carry on straight ahead until you reach the Maroslhof at Bach 8.

Included in your holiday price:
Towels, bath robes, dish towel, firewood for tiled stove and kitchen stove, free use of sauna, use of washing machine, dryer and iron. Village tax also included.

Booking conditions:
Advance payment of 30% of the holiday price to be paid within 10 days af booking confirmation. Full payment to be made 3 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
Austrian hotel regulations are valid - österr. Hotelbedingungen.

In main season weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Shortstay holidays available on request only at short notice.
