The Landhaus Wöss is located in a beautiful, quiet and sunny place. It has a fascinating view over the Wilder Kaiser and is part of a tiny settlement on a small hill, surrounded by a flowery meadow and a little forest. Only few hundred meters away there is the “Bergdoktor Haus”, a very famous movie set of a tv series. The center of Ellmau can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. We offer a family-friendly house with a newly established apartment in 2016.

In summer you can find ideal conditions for hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, soaring, golf or cycling around or near to our house. The Hartkaiserbahn, the golf course and the Ellmauer Fitness-Parcour are close to our house. For gliding sailplanes you can start at the Flugplatz St. Johann in Tirol (LOIJ), which is only 15 km away. There you’ll find best conditions for thermal or foehn soaring in the alps. In Ellmau you will find entertainment and best conditions for many different kinds of sports and leisure time activities.

In winter Ellmau is a much valued and well-known destination for holidays. Because of a lot of snow, the gorgeous landscape, the cordial hospitality and extensive leisure time facilities the region Wilder Kaiser became a popular winter sports resort. Only 1 km away from the Landhaus Wöss there is the valley station of the Hartkaiser Bahn and there you have an ideal starting point into the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Austria’s largest interconnected ski area. If you are looking for an adventure you can go for a ski tour on the Wilder Kaiser via the Wochenbrunner Alm or the Jägerwirt in Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser that are only few minutes away from our house. Experienced mountain guides and ski guides are amoung our immediate neighbours.

Check-in is possible 15:00 - 20:00 or on appointment. We would be very pleased, if you could tell us your detailled arrival time in advance.

Free parking on the north side of our house in front of the left garage. You'll find the entry on the east side.

You should check-out until 10:00.
