Our apartment pension is 700 m of air line far away from the federal highway, 1200 driving meters outside from the center, 15 going minutes over the moving way up to the supermarket, to the post office, pharmacy and various restaurants in Ellmau. We are directly to the cross-country courses, directly of the cycle track and the 27-hole golf plant. 300 meters up to the free ski bus stop in the winter, 1500 meters up to the Ellmauer Kaiserbad (indoor swimmingpool, solarium, sauna, tennis- and squash-hall). Our situation is an ideal starting point for migrations and mountainbike trips into the area of the Wilder Kaiser. Direct view of the Wilder Kaiser, the Hartkaiser and the village. Lounge with chimney fire as well as tea-kitchen, terrace area before the house or on the grillhouse, tabletennis, bicycle room, in the winter skiroom and heated shoe area, large parking lot, 900 m² sunbathing lawn with children's playground; in the summer. All rooms with shower/toilet, balcony or terrace, SAT TV, direct-inward dialing telephone as well as refrigerator.Apartment for 2-4 persons (21-45 m²) consist 2 bedrooms of completely equipped living kitchen,; Setting and/or cradle and baby chair possible, showering wash room and toilet.
