We are pleased to welcome you at our family-run guesthouse and to introduce you to a holiday home situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Ellmau's village centre.

Additionally, at your disposal: garden with barbecue and seats, safe deposit, parking directly at the house, free mountain bike and toboggan hire, cot, highchair. Bed linen will be provided.

Our house is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling in our region during spring, summer and autumn. Bathers will find refreshing water at the nearby swimming and relax centre KaiserBad. Golfers can tee off at the 27-hole golf course ”Wilder Kaiser”. Tennis courts, miniature golf, shops, restaurants, a playground and much more can be found nearby.

Our house, which is easily accessible, is situated near the ski slopes - thus ski schools, nursery slopes and of course the entrance to the ski area are all nearby. The cross-country ski trail is not far away from us. Besides the offers for skiers and cross-country skiers, there are many kilometers of winter hiking trails, a toboggan run, numerous après-ski activities and much more.

Whether you travel by car, bus, train or airplane – our houses can be easily reached throughout the year. We are surrounded by three major airports and from the highway exits "Kufstein" and "Wörgl" it is about 20 minutes by car.
