Our apartment-house was new built in 2014 and is directly at the cross-country skiing trails, only about 300 m from the local centre. A new Spar supermarket is about 150 m away, where you receive fresh croissants and baked goods every day.
In each flat there is a new kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and Sat-TV. The bedrooms are also equipped with a TV, an under-floor heating, a free WLAN access, a separate WC and a bathroom with rain shower in order to feel fine.
The house offers a ski depot with shoe dryer and also under-floor heating.

You reach our house "Apartments w20" if you drive to the left at the traffic roundabout Söll. After approx. 100m you take the sharp right curve and see after annother 100m rightland a new supermarket (SPAR). Here simply straight ahead and on the left from the Spar market you see after 100m our house with the parking places in front of it.

Ski depot, ski shoe dryer, heated storeroom, under-floor heating, Sat-TV in all bedrooms and kitchen. New dishwasher, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, rain shower, double wash basin.
Parking area directly in front of the house and motorcycles can be put into a garage. Daily fresh croissants and baked goods in the new, calm, modern supermarket only 120 m away with it`s own bakery.
