> New winter since 2015, the second floor in our house was rebuilt,
the double room Ellmau / Wilder Kaiser NEW since Koaser ...., have been redesigned for our holiday guests in the Wilder Kaiser region, the room "because Koaser" has a wonderful free panoramic view of the entire splendor of the majestic Wilder Kaiser and additionally Abend`s yet the view of the illuminated village of Ellmau, "vacation for feeling well". ....

our remaining country-style rooms "Classic" on the first floor and the ground floor have been maintained in pristine condition and have just a comfortable Alpenländischenstyle, (Double Room Classic / Emperor Room)

Board: Breakfast in the breakfast hall,
Amenities: lawn and balconies with garden furniture in the summer, its own free car park, ski room with ski boot dryer for the winter heating included,
(Pets are not allowed in the house)

Self-catering category, we have 5 units with different qualities available:
an apartment Ellmau-Simply 38m² is located in the house with own entrance,
od. a private Chalet 145m² located below, "The Alpenchalet Heuberger" and
Three new apartments are 70-80m² towards the annexe the Kaiser Chalet "The Golden Eagle"
(Price on request, and in each case without boarding)

Our Kaiser guesthouse enjoys a central location, right in the center of Ellmau, with a view to the Wilder Kaiser.
In winter you have direct entry into the house of our skiing world and its surrounding ski lifts and ski schools. The ski slope is located directly next to the house;
even in summer our house is the ideal starting point for all leisure and holiday activities for the region Wilder Kaiser !!

Drive to the church, direction Kirchbichl, our bed and breakfast is located 100 meters after the church, front of the hotel Kaiserbilck;

incl. free WiFi / incl. Linen/towel/bath towel per person,
surcharge extra service etc. possible when booking a deposit, ÖHVB 2006 the residual/payment to be cash in the house or. with transfer one week before arrival, check-out 9:30 am, no pets allowed in the house!!
