Next to a mountain river, in a romantic location our family run business offers a wide range of different acitvities to spend your holidays.

We are 200 m from the Soell gondola, you can reach Söll center within 10 and the lake Ahornsee within 5 minutes walking time.

In winter we offer a spacoius skiroom to give you a good start into the day. The beginners slopes, the skischool, the skihire place and the crosscountry slopes - everything you need is our direct neighbourhood.
Also ideal for all guest arrving by train or bus.

On request we offer package holidays.

From Kufstein take the B173 towards St.Johann - after approx. 10km take the exit to Söll and follow the B178 - after the subway take the exit to Söll - at the roundabout take the exit 3rd exit to Hexenwasser. After approx. 300m you will find our house on the lefthand side.

From Wörgl take the B178 to Söll - after the BP petrol station take the exit to Söll - at the roundabout take the exit 3rd exit to Hexenwasser. After approx. 300m you will find our house on the lefthand side.
