Cosy farm in a secluded area: you can enjoy the silence of nature as well as unique views of the skiing and hiking paradise “Kitzbüheler Alpen” and “Kaiserwinkel”.

Located in an idyllic area 1,100 metres above sea level, you can spend an unforgettable holiday with your whole family. The farm is luxurious, unique and furnished with attention to detail. The pictures speak for themselves.

In summer, the crystal-clear air in the mountains and the scent of mountain pastures whet your appetite for hiking and enjoying the untouched nature around you. Tyrol offers a great variety of different sport and leisure activities – whether you like to hike, climb, swim, paraglide or anything else.

In winter, you can leave the house and immediately put on your skis, because our farm is situated right beside the slopes. You will definitely enjoy your holiday in the ski region “SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental”! And after a long day of skiing you can relax in our sauna.

IMPORTANT: You can reach the “Noba Hof” by car from the middle of April until the middle of November.
How to get there in winter: You can park your car free of charge in the car park “P3” in Scheffau. Then you have to take the cable car and get off at the mid-station (about 10 minutes). Then ski down the slope (about 5 minutes) with your luggage – because of that you have to pack everything in backpacks. NOTE that the cable car runs until 4 pm and if you miss the last ride, it is not possible anymore to get to our farm.
