The apartment has been lovingly refurbished in May 2017 and provides ample room for up to 7 guests to spend a relaxing holiday in the mountains with beautiful scenary.

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with  dishwasher, oven and ceramic  hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment. In the living and dining area there is an alpine style dining corner and  a comfortable couch, a satellite TV as well a stereo radio. From the southern terrace you have an amazing view of the Mountains of “Wilder Kaiser”. In summer an electric Weber Grill is provided for use on the terrace.

The apartment has 2 bed rooms with "Kaiser" view.

In one bedroom there is a double bed (180cmx200cm) and a single bed (80x200cm) which can also be extended to 160cm x 200cm so that sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests can be provided in this room. In the 2nd bedroom is a bunk bed consisting of a double bed (140cm x 200cm) with a single bed above it ( 90cm x 200cm) hence accommodating up to 3 persons, with additional room for children to play. Both bedrooms also have enough storage space for your clothing and for additional baby cot.

The spacious bathroom with wellness shower and double washbasin is separate from the WC and is equipped with a hair dryer.

WLAN, bed sheets, bath towels and dish towels are provided free of charge.
Dressing gowns/ Bath robes are available for a small fee.

For your car is a carport with 2 parking spaces.

In the wellness area of the house you can use the finish sauna, the whirlpool or the infrared cabin. This is complemented by the availability of sun loungers and a shower. makes your little wellness perfect.

You can book a cuddly bathrobe (5€ each) and extra towels (2,50€ each) for your sauna visit.

Security deposit € 100 will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
If the apartment is very dirty you get an higher cleaning fee afterwards.
