"Ski in - Ski out" Holiday home in the Kitzbühel Alps! Our newly built chalet is located at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski area, one of the largest connected skiing area in the world (280 km of piste, 90 cable cars and lifts and countless rustic ski huts) and the imposing mountain massif and nature reserve Wilder Kaiser. Directly in front of the front door begins a natural playground in the surrounding mountains, a ski paradise and a wonderful hiking paradise. Each room has a fantastic view of the Alps and the idyllic mountain village of Going. The area offers countless opportunities for sports and leisure activities. Enjoy the fresh air at cross-country skiing or a toboggan run, the Astberg Sledding Treck is illuminated in winter. In the summer, the Going bathing lake which voted the "Most beautiful natural bathing lake in Tirol" has a large grass area for sun bathing, an open-air slide, an adventure park for children, beach volleyball and a café.  It’s great fun for all ages! The leisure time in the Going region is endless. Golf, tennis, cycling, moutain biking, e-biking, climbing, paragliding, shopping or simply lounging and let the soul dangle in the nature.

The holiday home was finished in January 2017 with high-quality materials. We offer you a cozy house in a prime location with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open living room with fireplace, gourmet kitchen and modern appliances, LED TV in the living room and the master bedroom, old wood cladding in bedrooms and a floating staircase, large balcony and terrace, underfloor heating , Solid oak floors, double garage, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, wardrobe with boot heater and automated house ventilation.
