Chalet Mes Amis is built and furnished with quality materials so you can enjoy all the pets of a fantastic holiday with us. Also in group you can feel the feeling of endless space. Sleeping possibility for 8 Persons in beds (possible to enlarge to max. 11 people in sofa-beds), 4 bathrooms, six toilets, two large sitting areas, a spacious kitchen with comfortable dining table, laundry, sauna, garage, parking, terrace.

Everything which the heart desires and much more is offered in the chalet mes Amis at the Wilden Kaiser in Ellmau.

Description of the house:
4 bedrooms with double bed – every room has his private bathroom with shower – washbasin – toilet and hairdryer. One of the bedrooms has a sofa-bed for 2 persons and one of the bedrooms has a sofa-bed for 1 person.
Open mezzanine with balcony, TV, seating corner. When the older children or younger people want to sleep together instead of in the parents room, the seat corner can be changed to a 2x double sofa-bed.
Seating corner at the groundfloor with satellite TV, gas fire, radio with Blue tooth to connect with your mobile.
Large open and fully-equiped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwascher, electric hobs) with large table and everything to prepare dinner of breakfast together. Electrical appliances available: toaster,
fruit press, double coffee machine, water boiler, mixer, stonegrill/raclette grill. Enough glasses, cookware  and cutlery available.
Washing machine and dryer (every day available from 4 PM), hoover.
Terrace with table, seats and barbecue.
Sauna with shower, toilet.
Garage/3 parking places before the house

Included:
Wifi.
Bedlinnen and towels : beds are made-up, for the sofabeds it is available.
Wenn babybeds or babychair needed – please let us know – we will foresee it.
Water, electricity and heating.
Final cleaning included. Guest are responsible to empty the waste and cleaning the kitchen and barbecue after using.

Smoking not allowed in the house - Pets not allowed.

Not included:
60€/Pers with min. of 500€ deposit to be paid 4 weeks before departure - This amount will be refunded on your account the week after your stay in case of no damage, loss and well-maintenance.
Tourist tax: 2€/Person >14 years/night

Check-In and Check-Out on request at Miss Recheis. She is taking the responsibility to welcome you in Ellmau and to explain you everything. Her tel. nbr. is +43 664 5027222 – please sign up at least 2 hours before your estimated arrival so that she has the possibility to come to the chalet.
