The apartment house “Modern Art” is located within walking distance to the centre of Schladming as well to both cable car stations “Planet Planai” and “Planai West” and offers 3 separate apartments split on 2 floors. A total of 28 persons can be accommodated.
All apartments offer generous, fully equipped eat-in kitchens. In the apartments Penthouse and Red you will find 3 separate bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, the apartment Blue hast 5 separate bedrooms with 5 bathrooms en-suite reachable. Amenities like Flat screens in each room, free Wi-Fi, an infrared cabin per apartment, safe as well a lift in the house are available. But also the further technical equipment offers everything what you need. The evenings with view to the snow-capped Schladming or the flowering meadows of the surrounding mountains will remain in your memory forever. In summer the spacious balconies and terraces invite you to linger, which not only offer a great view to the mountains, also sun from the morning to evening.

Exit Schladming middle into the center of Schladming. At the first roundabout (Billa supermarket) you take the first exit right into the Bahnhofstraße. After 100 meter you can see on the right side the house Modern Art.
