A DREAM WITH MUCH SPACE AND LIGHT

For those who prefer the idyllic village Haus to Schladming - the fashionable city and who appreciate a well-kept country house atmosphere with plenty of space, the “Landhaus Auszeit” is just the right holiday home for you. The in 2000 built house is newly adapted and equipped as apartment house with attention to detail and comfort. The cottage is located near the centre of Haus im Ennstal, about 1.4 km far from the Valley Station Hauser Kaibling, the east mountain of the 4-mountain skiing connection and only 400 m far from the Valley Station Tauern cable car. A bus stop, which brings you comfortably and without any parking stress to your favourite skiing mountain is situated in front of the house. The cottage offers 7 beautiful apartments for 2 up to 9 persons. The apartments are characterized mainly by a lot of space. Bright daylight gives a view to a fantastic mountain landscape and makes a pleasant holiday atmosphere - in winter as in summer. The technical equipment is endless: flat screen TVs and free Wi-Fi in all apartments. The cottage is perfect for several families who want to spend their holiday together but value their own privacy and atmosphere and also for groups up to 39 persons who want to enjoy the winter or summer holiday together. There are ample parking facilities, a ski room are usable also review at no extra cost.

Von Deutschland über Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz auf der Autobahn(A 10), dann 18 km Bundesstraße (B 320) bis Haus im Ennstal; Von Wien in Richtung Linz bis Sattledt auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Phyrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 45 km auf der B 320 bis nach Haus im Ennstal. Von Wien auf der Autobahn bis zum Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 45 km auf der B 320 bis nach Haus im Ennstal. Von Italien, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Haus im Ennstal; Aus Richtung Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Haus im Ennstal;

Take the Exit Haus im Ennstal and follow the Marktstraße. After 20 meters you can see already on the left side the Landhaus Auszeit.
