The Hochwurzen is also home to many other leisure activities, such as mountain go-carting, mountain bike tours and fantastic panoramic walks in front of the picturesque landscape of Schladming-Dachstein.

In winter, you are just 200 meters from the Hochwurzen-Obertalbahn cable car. The nearby ski slopes can also be easily reached by skis with their own ski trails and also include the entry into the kilometers of the world-famous 4-mountain ski area. Of course, there are numerous snowshoeing and winter hikes, as well as the night-lit toboggan run from the Hochwurzen, which can be driven at any time of the day, and with a kilometer-long cross-country ski network in the Obertal and Untertal also off the ski slope numerous possibilities to make the winter holiday unforgettable.
