Our house is situated in slightly hillside with a marvellous view to the Dachstein and to the city of Schladming.

Awarded with 3 crystals by the Austrian private room organization, we are a perfect starting point for your holiday program. Ski slope and bus stop are within a view steps and so your car can go for holiday as well on our roofed car park.

In summer it's just 40 m to the bus stop from where the hiking bus takes you into the beauty of the mountains of "Niedere Tauern". The city of Schladming is also not to far - just 15 walking minutes or 3 minutes by car and you are in the centre of the town.

Check-In: from 3 pm. or on agreement.
Check-Out: until 10 am.
You leave B320 "Ennstalbundesstraße" at the second exit Schladming center. From there you follow the signs towards "Rohrmoos". Going across 2 roundabout traffics in Schladming you reach "Rohrmooserstraße". After 1,8 km you turn off into "Alte Straße". We are the second house!

If you arrive with train or air plane (airport Salzburg), we offer a transfer service on request.

Child reduction (below 6 years) in the summer high season: 5 Euro per kid and day.
