Welcome to the our apartment house Ferien bei Unger in the holiday resort Schladming / Dachstein. Arrive slowly, you can feel peace and comfort. Feel good in the Sölktäler nature park, the green heart of Austria!

A good day starts with a hearty breakfast and products of the region, the mountain view of the valley großsölk is included here. Enjoy the evenings relaxing and socializing with local wines by the fireplace.

The mountain village St. Nikolai (1,126 meters above sea level, just 90 inhabitants, mild mountain climate) is the ideal starting point for your explorations in the natural park Sölktäler.

Enjoy the mountain summer during a hike through the Sölktäler nature park - explore nature, pastures and theme paths. In winter, cross-country skiing or discover the countryside with touring skis - countless activities are waiting for you. The 4-mountain ski are can be reached in 30 minutes.

From Stein / Enns 18 km, state road 704 towards Sölkpass to St. Nikolai. Our bed and breakfast is located in the center of the mountain village St. Nikolai.
