In the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein, located in the municipality Öblarn, is the cottage Karin. Our house is with its location an ideal starting point for an exciting summer and winter holidays.

In our house you stay in one of two apartments, furnished for 8 people with 3 double bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, free internet access and a cozy living room. From the balcony of the apartments you can experience a magnificent view of the mountains of the Schladming-Dachstein, above all the mighty Grimming.

Just minutes away from our house is the nearest supermarket, which will provide you with all the necessary products. Alternatively, you can visit in Öblarn Also in remote also only a few minutes, run by our family inn Stralz'n, be pampered by delicious dishes from regional, national and international cuisine or one of the other many restaurants.

In summer, there are already numerous recreational opportunities on our doorstep. Directly in front of our house you go into the kilometer-long Enns, the opportunity to express the magnificent mountain panorama of the Schladming-Dachstein well. Of course, the surrounding mountain landscape invites to numerous hikes in all degrees of difficulty. A dip in the outdoor pool can be of Öblarn, which is just a short walk from our house or in a few minutes' drive away Putterersee, who is also the warmest natural lake in Austria, in addition to venture. Through our "Summer Card" membership you have free access to hundreds of cable cars, swimming pools, museums and other recreational facilities. The ideal addition for a perfect summer holiday in Schladming-Dachstein!

In winter all ski areas our region are at your fingertips. In less than half an hour you can reach both the family ski resorts Planneralm, Riesneralm and Galsterbergalm as well as the world-famous 4-mountain ski that guarantees almost unlimited skiing on perfectly groomed slopes. With the numerous winter hiking trails, cross-country skiing and ski touring, our region also has to offer, no wish is left open.

Getting there: Coming from Munich / Salzburg direction Schladming and Schladming from about 20 minutes (25km) direction Graz. From Vienna / Graz Coming direction Liezen Liezen and from about 20 minutes (ca.25km) towards Salzburg / Schladming. Our family-run inn is located in the middle of Stralz'n Öblarn and is right on the Enns cycle path R7.

All apartments prices are per apartment and night - whether 1 person - but only up to the max. Occupancy. Included are towels, bed linen, electricity, FREE-WLAN, hot and cold water, heating and firewood in the normal extent. Parking available free of charge.
