Welcome in my Appartement Köll a very cosy apartment for 2 till 8 guests in the middle of the small village Aich in the region of Schladming-Dachstein. In summer you can enjoy your holiday by hiking or relaxing at the near swimlake and in winter the skibus stop is in front of my house. My apartment is in the middle of the region of Schladming-Dachstein. You need only 5 minutes by car and you are at the 4-Berge-Skischaukel Hauser Kaibling. Also you can take the free ski bus. The stop is in front of my house. The apartment is renovated in winter 2016. There are two sleeping rooms and one sleeping room with two separate beds. The kitchen is very modern and you will find all equipment you will need for holiday. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet. In every sleeping room there is a flat-TV and of course, free W-lan. You will find action but also relaxing at the near swimlake. Only 2 minutes walking distance and you can enjoy the whole day there. Hauser Kaibling is the ideal starting point for your ski-pleasure, because including the neighbouring mountains Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm, you can ski unlimited on 123 well-prepared slope kilometres. The next bigger town is Schladming, which is just 10 minutes away by car. In the case of good snow conditions, there is a cross-country skiing track in our village reachable in 3 minutes by feet. In 15 minutes by car you can also go to the famous cross country skiing center Ramsau am Dachstein with 220 km cross country ski runs. For those who want to relax, you can do winter hiking, sledging or sleighing near our house. In Aich are very delicious restaurants and a supermarket.

Ennstalbundesstraße B320 turn left by the first Exit Aich - pass the village till Gasthof Grafenwirt, turn right and you will see the Infooffice turn left and you will see Appartement Köll.
