Our house with two apartments is located in Assach, a very quiet and idyllic farmer's village in the centre of the Region Schladming-Dachstein. Our apartements are modern and contemporary.

In winter you can reach our house on standard winter tyres. There is no need for snow chains. Parking facilities are right outside our house.

Just a few metres you'll find the restaurant Koller where you can enjoy breakfast or taste local specialities. There are more restaurants and supermarkets close by in the surrounding areas.
Our house is located 5-7 minutes away by car from the nearest skiing lift "Hauser Kaibling".
There is a ski shuttle bus service 2 min walk away from our house that operates between the main skiing stations - Hauser Kaibling, Plani, Hochwurzen, Reiteralm.

Our apartments give you and your family the opportunity to truly relax in a beautiful environment. The local area is ideal for hiking or walking where you can take in the unspoiled nature of the Alps and get involved in local culture. If you fancy something more strenuous there are plenty of sporting acitivites nearby.

Directions from Vienna / A2 or Graz / A9:
Coming from the east travel via Vienna (23) and the southern highway (A2), continue over the Semmering (S6) to the node St. Michael. From there it goes through the Pyhrnautobahn (A9) to Liezen junction and turn on the Enns Valley main road (B320) past Gröbming and Pruggern, then take the next exit on the right entrance Assach, past the church, then 1st sharp right turn - (slowly drive) and turn sharp right again at 20 m, very narrow driveway (one panel is visible) "KOGLER Assach-Oberdorf 70" and you are done.

Directions from Salzburg:
A10 / E55 Tauern Autobahn/Highway Villach/Graz turn right from the highway "Graz/Altenmarkt - then Radstadt / B320 / Schladming - Haus im Ennstal - next turn left "Aich" through the village Aich to "Assach" - cementery past - to the fire station Assach - then left straight (very slowly drive please) and 20 m turn very sharp right equal to narrow driveway a nameblackboard "KOGLER Assach-Oberdorf 70" is visible and you are done.

If you cannot find our house, then please wait at the Assacher church or at the fire station in Assach and call me and I will come pick you up!
