The ultimate mountain high – at 1800 m above sea level – on the summit of the Planai. Enjoy a wonderful pampering and escape the daily routine at our family-style hotel, surrounded by gentle alpine meadows and mountains forests, high above the beautiful Ennstal Valley. Winter: We are the only hotel standing in the summit area of the Planai. Which means, you can begin skiing long before the other visitors have been able to ride the lift up into the mountains. The ski slope is right by the house, while the ski kindergarten and the ski school both begin every day in front of our house! Summer: we are your hiking professionals! Aside from guided hikes, hiking tips, Nordic walking classes and a hiker's library, we also offer you a Sunrise Breakfast on the mountain.

Arrival by car:

You can come in your car all the way up to our front door. And we have plenty of parking available.
A public bus also runs to the hotel.

The Planaistraße is a private road, and it can't be entered into some navigation systems.

Coming from Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern autobahn (Udine-Tarvisio-Villach)
