The perfect location for your holidays
We have been renting out appartments for over 35 years. The whole appartmenthouse has been newly referbished in 2008. Our appartmenthouse Michael in Schladming / Styria is situated very central in a quiet living area. We are situated right across the famous Planai. The balconies of our appartments are situated south of the famous Planai. Come in and relax in our beautiful appartementhouse Michael in Schladming and enjoy the fresh mountain air!

In the appartmenthouse Michael in Schladming we are renting out 2 appartements different size. The appartments are next to each other and are connected with a balcony.
Appartement Philomena - the family appartement is for up to 6 people
Appartement Ursula - is ideal for couples or a small family for up to 4 people.

As a speciality the appartmenthouse Michael in Schladming offers its own springwater with high healing quality in each appartment.

service is our success
Right infront of our house is the local busstation. The busses leave every 15 minutes during the day starting at 8 a.m. and bring you to the main station for the cablecar of the Planai, any other skimountain or even the connecting bus to the famous glacier the Dachstein within 2-3 minutes.
If you have a valid skiticket the busses are for FREE.
Although you don`'t need a car to get around we offer free parking in our carpark. You are also welcome to use our free freshbread delivery every morning.

pets
We are a very petfriendly appartmenthouse. Dogs, cats and any other small pet is more than welcome in our house. To make your pet welcome in our appartementhouse please let us know early in advance so we can arrange all it needs for a pleasent stay.

facility rooms
For your car we offer a special protection in our carport. So, no ice scraping : ) and in summer your car is in shade.
For your skis, snowboards, bikes and any other sport equipment we offer a big lockable facility room FREE of use.
