On 92 m² living space you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and living area, a south-facing 37 m² sun terrace, two separate bedrooms as well two bathrooms. Of course the apartment is equipped with all medial standards inclusive flat-screen, cable-TV and wireless LAN. A reserved parking lot in the underground parking and as well a locked cellar cabin on the basement floor of the house is also available. The Planet Planai Valley Station you can reach in about 5 walking minutes (400 meter distance), the city of Schladming with many restaurants, bakeries, shops and bars you can reach in about 100 meter distance. Many freedom activities in summer as well in winter you can start directly from the house. This will be your holiday domicile at the foot of the “Planai”!

Von Deutschland über Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz auf der Autobahn (A 10), dann 18 km Bundesstraße (B 320) bis Schladming; Von Wien in Richtung Linz bis Sattledt auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Pyhrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Wien auf der Autobahn bis zum Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Italien, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Schladming; Aus Richtung Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Schladming;

Take the exit Schladming Middle and take the right into the centre of Schladming. At the first roundabout (Billa supermarket) you take the 3rd exit into the Erzherzog-Johann-Street. Follow the Erzherzog-Johann-Street until you can see an exit on your right side into the "Tutterstraße". Take the exit and after 100 meter you can see on the right side the house Lifestyle.
