Our beautiful apartment house is newly furnished with local pine, WLAN, infrared cabin in APT TYP B, & has a great location in Schladming. Quiet, central, Top location in the suburban area! Quiet, but very centrally located, and within walking distance to the gondola station is situated our newly adapted apartment house with 5 beautiful Appartements.Die hiking and ski bus stop is just 2 minutes walk from the house.

Good restaurants, shops, boutiques, health food store, hairdresser,
Fleischhauer, bakers are located in close proximity.

Summer: ideal starting point for various hikes, Nordic walking, -Laufstrecken, cycling, etc.
Absperrplatz to bicycle shelters.

All our apartments have been refurbished in spring 2011 in Alpine style with local stone pine and oiled oak floors:
