URBAN LIVING - WELCOME IN THE 130 YEAR OLD "BERGHAUS"

Even 130 years ago the today's "Berghaus" served as a community of Schladming. After several renovation- and rebuilding works the former municipal office was built to an apartment-house, in which one apartment now open its doors for our guests. The tasteful, with modern elements, equipped apartment offers space for 4 persons. Tradition meets modernity. The classy flat in an old building impresses with its characteristic signs like high ceilings, parquet floors and a tiled stove and lends a comfortable living atmosphere. The tasteful interior was placed on comfort, cosiness and design. Especially appreciated by our guests is the unique location. Central but simply in a calm location. In only a few walking-minutes you will reach restaurants, shops, supermarkets as well a miniature golf course, a bus-stop, bike- and hiking trails are in close vicinity. The Planai Valley-Station you can reach in 7 walking-minutes. A car free holiday is therefore guaranteed. We are pleased to welcome you in the perfect holiday-home for families, friends or couples.

Von Deutschland über Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz auf der Autobahn (A 10), dann 18 km Bundesstraße (B 320) bis Schladming; Von Wien in Richtung Linz bis Sattledt auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Pyhrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Wien auf der Autobahn bis zum Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Italien, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Schladming; Aus Richtung Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Schladming;

Take the exit Schladming Middle and drive in direction centre. At the first roundabout you take the 3rd exit into the centre. After the bridge turn right into the Dachsteingasse. After 20 meters you can see on the left side the house Berghaus (old Villa - beside the shoe shop Weitgasser). One parking lot is directly in front of the house - sign Berghaus. Entrance is on the back side of the house.
