Located on a hill surrounded by impressive mountains, the Sonnenhof offers a gorgeous view over one of the most beautiful alpine landscapes in the heart of Austria.
Experience unforgettable moments at our organic farm, which is managed with love and sustainability.
During summer there are countless possibilities to hike, to climb or to cycle and along the way you can explore some of the most beautiful corners of the region, such as the Nationalpark Gesäuse, the Dachstein or the Salzkammergut. As a special treat we offer an excursion to our mountain pasture, where you will have an astonishing view of the Tote Gebirge mountain range. Afterwards a quick dip in the close-by „warmest alpine lake in Styria“ will be a perfect conclusion of the day.
In Winter numerous skiing areas attract visitors, such as the World Cup town of Schladming, the Planneralm, the Riesneralm or the Tauplitzalm.
And in between we invite you to enjoy life close to nature at our organic farm.
