We are renting out a cosy and sunlit apparatement in a detached house in absolute quiet location in the ski and hiking paradise Schladming-Rohrmoos, which can be used by 4 persons. The house is just a short walk from the slopes of the Hochwurzen. When the snow conditions are good, you can ski up to the front door. The appartement has a beautiful view across the "Ennstal" and morning sun.
In winter you can ski right down to the doorstep. The property is just 200 meters from the Hochwurzen Ski Lift in Rohrmoos and two minutes walk from the ski bus.
In summer you will find the ideal starting point for hiking and mountain bike excursions, for example to the tours of "Wild Waters" or the Klafferkessel.

Check-In starts at 15.00, Check-out till 10.00

By car:
Is best to take the exit "Schladming -Mitte" and at the roundabouts go straight towards "Rohrmoos". The serpentines up and take the first exit at the roundabout in front of the center of Rohrmoos. Drive through the center of Rohrmoos and then take the second entrance on the left ("Teichweg"). Keep left and after the first house ("Maresi - house") enter in the "Silberbergweg" left. Our house is the wooden house with the number 237 and the glass front.
By train:
Either you take a taxi at Schladming station to "Silberbergweg 237" , or take the ski bus to "Rohrmoos". Our station is called "Schwaigerhof", then you have to go a bit downhill and turn right into the “Teichweg”. Turn left and after the first house ("Maresi - house") left in the "Silberbergweg". Our house is the wooden house with the number 237 and the glass front.

We are happy to provide you with bed linen and towels, also little things like soap and dishwashing detergent. Naturally, we offer free Wi-Fi and parking.

No pets please. We are a non-smoking-household.
